Laxforsberget Mountain
Laxforsberget Mountain is a mountain, just over 400 metres high, with geological formations believed to have survived the polishing of the inland ice sheet. Here, you will have a unique opportunity to walk through old-growth forest, almost untouched by human hand.
The hike up to the top is about 2,5 km and you will be rewarded with a stunning view over mountains, valleys, and waters, both along the way and at the summit. You can camp here, and there is a campfire site and a hut with a stove at the top of the mountain. In summer and autumn, edible mushrooms and berries grow in the area. Be careful not to litter in this well-preserved area.
